Each week my 1.5 hour class, opens the body and slows the mind through a combination of flowing sequences- Vinyasa- and Restorative postures.

Firstly, you will have time to settle into your mat and unwind in the comfortable, intimate, air conditioned private studio. We will gently move through different sequences consisting of seated and standing asanas (or postures) that are designed to open the body, strengthen and tone, maintain suppleness of the spine and improve both balance and focus, while allowing the energy to flow more freely throughout the body.

The last half hour is dedicated to relaxation and meditation, and finishes off with a delightful head massage.                                      

I also offer private classes at my Pullenvale studio.  These one on one yoga classes are designed for your individual needs. Private classes are a great introduction to the practice of yoga. I also design individualised, tailor made classes you can practice in the privacy of your own home.
